The Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in charge of Ijanikin Police Station, Lagos State Police Command, CSP Bolaji Olugbenga, is said to have died.
The SUPREME learnt that the DPO slumped in the office and was rushed to an undisclosed hospital, but died this morning.
The sad news of his death was said to have thrown the officers attached to the station into mourning and weeping, as he was said to a nice officer.

The cause of his sudden death was not immediately known.
The spokesman of the command SP Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed the story in an sms we sent to him.
On Tuesday, two DPOs were ambushed in Delta State by suspected cultists and one was killed, while the second survived.
Also, early this month (October), a Station Officer was shot dead in Lagos.
