IGP Disu May Hit Brick Walls In Efforts To Sanitise “Corrupt” Police Budget

The Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Olatunji Disu May run into murky waters, in efforts to sanitise Police Budget office.

The SUPREME learnt that the Police Budget office known as the engine room of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF), was believed to be stinking under the immediate past controversial IGP Kayode Egbetokun.

Discrete investigations by The SUPREME reveal that, as soon as IGP Disu assumed office on 24/2/26, he was confronted with series of allegations of large scale of corruption in the Budget Office.
We also learnt that such complaints were that, several frivolous vouchers were allegedly used in siphoning pooice money.

Watch out tomorrow for exclusive details, on how the Presidency was said to have starved Egbetokun of funds due to an alleged misappropriation of police funds. And subsequently planned to replace him in November 2024 and in March last year 2025.
